The most significant part of learning to defend yourself and loved ones in the streets is developing your mental and physical abilities to fight. This means training under stress against unpredictable attacks. Remember: the attacker gets a vote, so we train to respond to whatever the streets throw at us. This video is part 2 of our March 24, 2012 level 1 class. It contains clips from a one minute drill in which students fight up off the ground and then against the entire class (attacking with pads and knives) for one minute.
